定痫丸治疗癫痫研究进展

摘　　要：癫痫是以大脑反复异常自发放电为特点的神经系统疾病,并可对认知、意识及活动产生影响。全世界有近5000万人患有癫痫,对其家庭及社会造成严重的影响和负担,目前已成为神经内科第二大疾病。癫痫发作主要依靠抗癫痫药(AEDs)控制,需要长期服用,且不良反应较多,远期疗效差。目前的研究表明,中西医联合治疗,可降低不良反应并发挥协同作用,提高治疗效果。定痫丸由清代名医程国彭所创,出自《医学心悟》,为临床治疗癫痫的经典名方。基于此,文章对近年来定痫丸的临床研究及其成分及作用机制的相关文献进行总结,为经典名方定痫丸的作用机理研究及二次开发提供可靠依据。Epilepsy is a neurological disorder characterized by recurrent abnormal spontaneous discharges of the brain and can affect cognition,consciousness and activity.Nearly 50 million people worldwide suffer from epilepsy,which has a serious impact on and burdens on their families and society,and become the second largest disease in the department of neurology.Epileptic seizures mainly rely on the control of antiepileptic drugs(AEDs),which need to be taken for a long period of time,with more side effects and poor long-term effects.The current research shows that combined treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicine can reduce the side effects and play a synergistic role in improving the therapeutic effect.Dingxian Pill(定痫丸)was created by CHENG Guopeng,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty,from Medical Consciousness,which is a classic prescription for the clinical treatment of epilepsy.Based on this,this paper reviews the clinical research of Dingxian Pill in the treatment in recent years and the related literatures on the active components and mechanism of drug taste,should be carried out to provide a reliable basis for the study and secondary development of Dingxian Pill.
