摘  要:股骨干骨折的两骨折端均受肌肉的牵拉,各不同部位可发生典型移位。我国本科教材《外科学》对其文字表述有9处存疑,即3处移位虚构不实、3处移位达意不清、3处移位被疏忽遗漏。流传达49年的示范插图有11处存疑,在肌肉动力、骨折定位、解剖方位、解剖形态、纵轴线等5个方面,欠缺认识而重复错绘。就文图20处存疑全方位坦诚探讨,必须重视基础理论,深入临床一线认真核查,弄清楚移位是怎样造成的,从而防范闭门造车及纸上谈兵,坚守真实底线,还原移位真相。Both fracture ends of femoral shaft fracture are pulled by muscles, and typical displacements can occur in different parts. In our undergraduate textbook Surgery, there are 9 doubts about its expression, namely, 3 fictitious shifts, 3 unclearlyexpressed shifts, and 3 neglected shifts. Being published for 49 years, there are 11 doubts in illustrations, too. Five types of illustrations are repeatedly wrongfully drawn due to misunderstanding, as in muscle dynamics, fracture location, anatomical orientation, anatomical morphology, and longitudinal axis. To comprehensively discuss the 20 doubts mentioned above,researchers need to pay attention to the basic theory, get a reality check clinically, find out causes of displacements, so as to avoid blind action, stick to the bottom line, restore the truth of displacements.
