摘  要:分析了职业教育“产赛教”深度融合面临的现实困境,探索了“产赛教”融合人才培养模式改革的路径,包括引导产业积极参与技能竞赛和院校职教改革,确保产业标准与竞赛标准和教学标准相统一,以竞赛系统为媒介推进校企深度合作等,以切实提高职业院校人才培养的质量。The realistic dilemmas of deep integration of“industry,competition and teaching”in vocational education are analyzed,and the reform paths of talent cultivation mode with the integration of“industry,competition and teaching”are explored,for example,guiding industries to actively participate in skill competition and vocational education reform in colleges and universities,making sure that the industrial standards are unified with competition standards and teaching standards,and promoting the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises through competition system,so as to effectively improve the quality of talent training in vocational colleges.
