摘 要:开展“职业教育心理学”课程思政建设,教师行动是关键。从教师要成为大先生、示范者、引领者和教研者等四个方面阐述了“职业教育心理学”课程思政中专业教师的角色定位;从认知上思政意识不足、情感上热情投入不高、行动上思政教育融入不够和能力上思政能力不足等四个方面探讨了“职业教育心理学”课程思政教学中教师行动存在的问题;从树立课程思政教学理念、用好课堂教学主渠道、加强自我学习能力的培养和积极开展多样化的师生互动等四个方面具体阐述了“职业教育心理学”课程思政中的教师行动策略,以期为提高“职业教育心理学”课程专业教师的课程思政水平提供参考。Teachers’ action is the key to the curriculum ideological and political of "vocational education psychology" course. This paper expounds the role orientation of professional teachers in the curriculum ideological and political of the "vocational education psychology" course from four aspects: teachers should become great masters,demonstrators, leaders and researchers. This paper also probes into the problems existing in the teachers’ action in the curriculum ideological and political teaching of the "vocational education psychology" course from four aspects:insufficient ideological and political awareness in cognition, low enthusiasm in emotion, insufficient ideological and political integration in action, and insufficient ideological and political ability in ability. Therefore, the teachers’ action strategies in the curriculum ideological and political education of the "vocational education psychology" course are given from four aspects: establishing the curriculum teaching idea, making good use of the main channel of classroom teaching, strengthening the cultivation of self-learning ability and actively conducting diversified teacherstudent interaction, with a view to providing reference for improving the teachers’ curriculum ideological and political education level of the "vocational education psychology" course.
