摘 要:推拿是一门具有高度实践性的学科,临床思维和实践能力的培养是推拿学教育的精髓。在传统的推拿临床实践教学中,视障生的主动思考能力弱、诊疗思路不清晰,带教层面存在教学方法保守、教学设计单薄等问题,使得教学效果不理想。据此,从树立正确思维指导手法实践、训练临床技能建立医学逻辑、创新教学方法实施三维教学、做好教学设计进行针对性教学四个维度进行了临床思维及应用能力培养途径的探索,以期提升推拿人才的培养质量。Chinese massage is a highly practical subject, and the cultivation of clinical thinking and application ability is the essence of Chinese massage education. The article points out that in the traditional clinical practice teaching of Chinese massage, visually impaired students are poor in positive thinking and diagnosis thinking, and teachers are weak in teaching methods and design, which makes the teaching effect unsatisfactory. Accordingly,the cultivation of clinical thinking and application ability was explored from four dimensions: setting up correct thinking to guide technique practice, training clinical skills to establish medical logic, innovating teaching methods to implement three-dimensional teaching, and doing well in teaching design to carry out targeted teaching, so as to improve the training quality of Chinese massage talents.
