摘  要:学生资助育人工作是当前高职院校学生思想政治工作的重要内容以及促进学生全面发展的重要组成部分。高职院校学生资助育人面临着工作队伍的力量较为薄弱、资助资金来源相对单一、资助育人效果不明显等现实问题。从实现高质量的资助育人目标出发,以积极心理学的核心理念来指导并深化资助育人的工作实践,通过树立系统思维,完善资助育人工作体系;促进人格发展,培养学生积极个性品质;融合心理育人,构建经困生心理支持系统;强化能力提升,落实高职教育育人目标,促进受助学生的全面成长成才。The work of student aid education is an important part of the current ideological and political work for students in vocational colleges as well as a significant part of promoting the all-round development of students.Higher vocational colleges are faced with such practical problems as weak work force, relatively single source of funding, and insignificant effect of funding education. In order to achieve the goal of high-quality funding education, this paper proposes to guide and deepen the work practice of funding education with the core concept of positive psychology, and improve the work system of funding education by establishing a systematic thinking;to promote the development of personality and cultivate students’ positive personality;to integrate psychology to educate people and build a psychological support system for students with financial difficulties;to strengthen the ability improvement, implement the educational goal of higher vocational education, and promote the overall growth of the assisted students.
