摘　　要：目的:探讨心理减压训练对手术室护士职业怠倦、职业紧张和心理资本的作用。方法:选择某医院的64名手术室护士,进行为期6个月的心理减压训练。在干预前后采用职业怠倦量表、职业紧张量表和护士心理资本问卷进行评价。结果:与训练前比较,训练后手术室护士的情感耗竭和去人格化评分显著降低,个人成就感得分升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与训练前比较,训练后手术室护士的职业压力和个人紧张反应评分显著降低,个体应变能力得分升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与训练前比较,训练后手术室护士的自我效能、希望、乐观和韧性四个维度得分显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理减压训练可有效缓解手术室护士的职业怠倦和职业紧张感,提升心理资本。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological decompression on job burnout,occupational stress,psychological capital appreciation of nurses in operating room.Methods:Totally 64 nurses in the operating room of Hospital were selected as the subjects for psychological decompression.The occupational burnout scale,occupational stress scale and nurse psychological capital questionnaire were used to evaluate before and after the intervention.Results:After intervention,job burnout of the nurses was significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of occupational stress and personal stress response of the nurses were significantly decreased,and the scores of individual adaptability were increased(P<0.05).After intervention,psychological capital appreciation of the nurses was significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:Psychological decompression can effectively relieve the job burnout and occupational stress of operating room nurses,and improve psychological capital.
