摘  要:净菜是食物垃圾减量的重要一环,可缓解餐厨垃圾处理压力,有效减少25%~35%的生活垃圾。主要介绍了净菜的优劣势,以及与净菜生产相关的果蔬保鲜储藏技术现状,并提出了相关建议,以促进北京市净菜生产和流通工作顺利进行。Clean vegetable is an important part of food waste reduction, which can relieve pressure of food waste treatment and effectively reduce domestic waste by 25%~35%. Advantages and disadvantages of clean vegetables,as well as status quo of fruit and vegetable fresh keeping and storage technologies related to production of clean vegetables were mainly introduced, and relevant suggestions were put forward to promote smooth production and circulation of clean vegetables in Beijing City.
