从“地支冲合”与“阴阳变易”理论探讨脏腑经脉病症的内在联系

摘　　要：十二地支是传统文化的重要组成部分,地支相冲与相合是地支间的重要联系。经脉之气的流注顺序使得脏腑与地支建立了一一对应的关系。阴阳之间的对立统一是事物发展的重要原动力。文章以“地支冲合”为基础,并结合“阴阳变易”理论,根据以此构建的理论模型,分别就处于正位对冲、隅位对冲等位置的脏腑经脉之间,病气传变的联系进行论述;并通过地支三合的关系分析伤寒与温病两种阴阳邪气传变的内在规律,以期为研究疾病传变提供新的思路。The twelve ground branches are important parts of traditional culture, the hedging and convergence relationship is an important connection in ground branches. The flow injection order of the meridian’s gas makes the zang-fu organs establish a kind of one-to-one corresponding relationship with the ground branch. The unity and opposite of yin and yang is an important driving force for the development of things. According to theoretical model based on ‘ground branch hedging and convergence’ and the theory of ‘yin and yang change’, diseased qi transmission between the zang-fu organs and meridians in the positive hedge and corner hedge is discussed respectively;and the internal laws about cold damage diseases and warm disease which are two kinds of abnormal diseased qi are analyzed through the theory of ground branch convergence, in order to provide a new idea for the internal laws of disease transmission.
