摘　　要：本文以复合型技术技能人才培养为目标,探索高职院校广告艺术设计专业教学模式与教学方法改革,注重深化产教融合,创新人才培养模式;在探索教学模式与教学方法改革创新过程中,强调以职业岗位工作内容为导向,强化实践育人,探索工学结合育人模式;强调以课程思政为引领,强化素质教育培养,探索思政育人模式;强调以技能大赛为路径,激发学习热情,探索以赛促学教学模式。旨在探索教学过程中逐步提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,创新创业意识及综合职业素养,从而强化学生的综合职业能力,从根本上解决职业教育课程教学实践与人才培养目标及职业岗位人才需求相脱节这一教育教学关键性问题,实现高职教育的人才培养目标,促进学生长远发展。The aim of this article is to cultivate talents with complex technical skills,to explore the reform of teaching mode and method of Advertising Art Design Major in Higher Vocational Colleges,and pays attention to deepening the integration of industry and education,and innovating the training mode of talents;In the process of exploring the reform and innovation of teaching model and teaching method,emphasizing the guidance of the work content of professional posts,strengthening practical education and exploring the mode of combining work with study;It emphasizes the guidance of ideological and political education,the cultivation of quality education,the exploration of the mode of ideological and political education,and the exploration of the teaching mode of promoting learning by competition;The aim is to explore the teaching process to gradually improve the students’ability to analyze and solve problems,Innovative sense of entrepreneurship and comprehensive professional quality,so as to strengthen the students’comprehensive professional ability,this article attempts to solve the key problem that the teaching practice of vocational education is out of step with the goal of cultivating talents and the demand of talents for vocational posts,so as to realize the goal of cultivating talents in higher vocational education and promote the long-term development of students.
