摘　　要：慕课(massive open online courses,MOOC)是近几年发展起来的一种全新远程教学模式,其提供了一种新的网络学习模式,为学生也提供了更加高质的教育资源和更加公平便捷的学习机会。医学模拟教学(simulation-based medical education,SBME)又称之为虚拟仿真(virtual reality,VR)教学,这是在视觉和听觉等真实世界领域均能做到较大程度的模拟,并结合前沿的信息技术进行教学的方式,对于学生而言是种新的教学体验。基于神经内科学知识的复杂性、整体性、开放性、实践性的要求,以及培养能够适应现代医药卫生事业发展的高素质、综合能力强的神经内科医学人才的需求,在“互联网+”背景下,需要更加多元化的教育手段来满足日渐发展的医学教育需求,MOOC联合SBME教学模式,能充分调动学生学习的积极和主动性、提高其自学能力和创新精神,培养学生良好的临床技能操作、病例分析、医患沟通以及综合处理应用的能力,是神经内科教学改革的新思路和新方法。MOOC(Massive Open Online Courses)is a new distance learning model developed in recent years.It provides a new online learning model and higher quality education resources and more fair and convenient learning opportunities for students.Medical simulation based medical education(SBME)is also called virtual reality(VR)teaching,which is a way to achieve a greater degree of simulation in real world fields such as vision and hearing,and to combine cutting-edge information technology for teaching.It is a new teaching experience for students.Based on the requirements of complexity,integrity,openness and practicality of the knowledge of neurology,and the need to cultivate high-quality and comprehensive medical talents in neurology who can adapt to the development of modern medicine and health,under the background of"Internet plus",more diversified educational means are needed to meet the growing needs of medical education.MOOC and SBME teaching mode can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students in learning It is a new idea and method of teaching reform in neurology to improve their self-study ability and innovative spirit,and to cultivate students'good clinical skill operation,case analysis,doctorpatient communication and comprehensive treatment and application ability.
