摘  要:目的比较腹腔镜技术辅助教学结合PBL教学与单纯PBL教学相比在胃肠外科见习带教中的作用与效果差异。方法将2020年3—6月于结直肠外科进行见习的中山大学2017级本科生80名,按教学方法的不同分成两组,每组40名同学,试验组采用腹腔镜技术联合以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL),对照组采用单纯PBL教学。比较两组的课堂小测验成绩及见习结束后填写的“胃肠外科教学评估”调查问卷。结果试验组的课堂测验总成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组胃肠外科教学评估总得分也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析问卷的6个维度,发现试验组与对照组相比,兴趣度有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学习主动性得到提高,解决临床问题的能力得到提高,两组在课堂互动满意度、教学方法满意度及知识理解度方面打分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在胃肠外科见习带教中,腹腔镜技术辅助教学结合PBL教学可能优于单纯PBL教学。Objective To compare the difference between laparoscopy assisted teaching combined with PBL teaching and simple PBL teaching in gastrointestinal surgery trainee teaching.Methods Eighty 2017 undergraduates of Sun Yat sen University,who were apprenticed in colorectal surgery from March to June 2020,were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,with 40 students in each group.The experimental group used laparoscopy combined with problem based learning(PBL),and the control group used PBL alone.The scores of the two groups’classroom quizzes and the"evaluation of gastrointestinal surgery teaching"questionnaire filled in after the probation were compared.Results The total score of the test group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of gastrointestinal surgery teaching evaluation in the test group was also better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).By analyzing the six dimensions of the questionnaire,it was found that the interest of the test group was improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning initiative was improved and the ability to solve clinical problems was improved.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of classroom interaction satisfaction,teaching method satisfaction and knowledge understanding(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic technique assisted teaching combined with PBL teaching is better than PBL teaching alone in gastroenteric surgery trainee teaching.
