摘 要:目的探讨以团队为导向的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)联合情景模拟教学法在肿瘤内科本科护生临床实习中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样法,选择2020年4月1日—2021年4月30日在某医院肿瘤内科100名护理本科实习生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50名,对照组采用传统教学,试验组采用TBL联合情景模拟教学法,通过理论测评、技能考核、自主学习能力和评判性思维能力测评来比较教学效果。结果对照组本科护理实习生理论成绩及操作技能成绩均低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组本科护理实习生自主学习能力和评判性思维能力量表得分均低于试验组(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤内科临床护理教学中,采用TBL联合情景模拟教学法不仅提高了护理本科实习生的操作成绩、理论成绩,还强化了自主学习能力和批判性思维能力。Objective To explore the application effect of TBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method in the clinical practice of undergraduate nursing students in the Department of Oncology.Methods From April 1,2020 to April 30,2021,100 undergraduate nursing interns in the oncology department of a hospital were selected as the research objects,who were randomly divided into a control group and a test group with 50 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching,and the test group used TBL combined with situational simulation teaching method.The teaching effect was compared through theoretical evaluation,skill assessment,independent learning ability and critical thinking ability evaluation.Results The theoretical scores and operational skills scores of the undergraduate nursing interns in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the selflearning ability and critical thinking ability scale of the undergraduate nursing interns in the control group were lower than the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing teaching of medical oncology,TBL combined scenario simulation teaching method not only improves the theoretical and operational performance,but also improves the self-learning ability and critical thinking ability.
