摘　　要：目的了解浙江省出生缺陷防治人才培训现状并评估教学质量。方法纳入浙江省2018—2019年度参加出生缺陷防治人才培训项目的学员为调查对象,实际参训时间分别是2019年2—5月和2019年9—11月。收集整理学员报名信息,开展教学质量评估问卷调查,分析学员人群特征、教学实施和教学质量。结果研究期间共计培训400名学员,以中青年、女性、中级及以下职称,来自区县级医疗卫生保健机构,从事妇产科、儿科(含儿童保健)和超声专业为主。2019年度学员较2018年度男性和中级及以下比例增加,不同级别医院分布更加均衡,妇产科类占比上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训整体满意率从2018年度88.2%上升至2019年度93.4%。学员最为认可课程“贴切培训目标与内容”、教学“有利于理论联系实际”“有利于专业技能提升”“时间安排”“引导学习方向”“提升主动性”方面需改进。结论浙江省出生缺陷防治人才培训学员覆盖面广,但略有不平衡,培训质量整体较好,但在时间安排、加强学员学习方向的引导和提升主动性方面仍有待提升。Objective To explore the birth defects prevention and treatment talent training practice and quality evaluation in Zhejiang Province.Methods The students included in the training program for birth defects prevention and control talents in Zhejiang Province from 2018 to 2019 were investigated.The actual training time was February May2019 and September November 2019.Data on trainee’s characteristics and estimation of training effect were collected and analyzed.Results There were 400 trainees totally.The trainees were mainly young and middle-aged,female,with middle-level professional title,from medical institutions at district and county level,obstetrics and gynecology practitioners.The overall evaluation of curriculum design and training effect in 2019 is better than that in 2018,which increased from88.2%to 93.4%.The students gave a high evaluation on the contents associated with objectives,practices and improvement of professional techniques.However,feedback on well time arrangement,based on students’direction and students’learning initiative in teaching should enhanced later.Conclusion The training coverage was high but a little uneven.Despite the training achieved good effect,more efforts should been put on improvement of time arrangement,guidance for individual initiative.
