摘  要:习近平总书记在全国教育大会上对加强劳动教育提出了明确要求。新时代加强劳动教育是实现中国梦的客观需要、是高校立德树人的客观需要、是学生全面发展的客观需要。加强高校劳动教育,要重点处理好独立与融合、传承与创新、理论与实践的关系。在全员全程全方位的育人理念下,高校应全员参与构建劳动教育工作大格局、全过程设计增强高校劳动教育的针对性、全方位融合增强高校劳动教育的吸引力。In the national education conference, Xi Jinping general secretary put forward clear requirements for strengthening labor education. In the new era, strengthening labor education is the objective need to realize the Chinese dream, the objective need of moral education in colleges and universities, and the objective need to develop students in an all-round way. To strengthen labor education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to focus on dealing with the relationship between independence and integration, inheritance and innovation, theory and practice. Under the concept of all staff, all-round and all-round education, colleges and universities should participate in the construction of the overall pattern of labor education, design the whole process to strengthen the pertinence of labor education, and integrate all aspects to enhance the attraction of labor education in colleges and universities.
