摘　　要：在高等学历继续教育中开展生命教育、提升继续教育学生的心理素质是十分必要的。生命教育的全民性和终身性特点符合高等学历继续教育的要求,学生的心理健康需要生命教育的滋养。生命教育要面对学生集中学习时间短、长期处于分散状态且年龄和综合素质参差不齐、生活状态各异等挑战。生命教育目标要适应个体发展和社会发展的双重需要。生命教育内容包括生命尊重教育、生命关爱教育和生命价值教育。生命教育要从课堂教学、实践活动、危机干预、平台保障四个方面来开展。It is very necessary to carry out life education in higher continuing education,and improve the psychological quality of students in continuing education.The universal and lifelong characteristics of life education meet the requirements of higher continuing education,and the mental health of students needs the nourishment of life education.Life education has to face the challenges of students short concentrated study time,long-term scattered state,uneven age and overall quality,and different living conditions.The goal of life education should adapt to the dual needs of individual development and social development.The content of life education includes life respect education,life care education and life value education.Life education should be carried out from four aspects of classroom teaching,practical activities,crisis intervention and platform protection.
