摘  要:目的 探讨临床教学中专业知识讲座训练结合角色扮演对提高临床医学生综合素质的效果。方法 随机选取2020年1—6月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院实习的重庆医科大学2015级五年制临床医学生共80名作为研究对象,根据不同课程模式进行随机分组,每组40名学生,对照组为接受传统教育模式组,试验组为接受专业知识讲座训练结合角色扮演组。通过理论知识成绩、技能操作成绩、专业英语成绩和问卷调查综合评估教学效果。结果 试验组理论知识成绩、技能操作成绩、课程满意度和对临床帮助度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组专业英语成绩与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 专业知识讲座训练结合角色扮演的新型教学模式有助于提升医学生专业知识成绩和临床实践能力,提高课程满意度,为医学生从事医学工作奠定了基础,具有极大的应用前景。Objective To explore the effect of professional knowledge lecture training combined with role-playing in improving the comprehensive quality of clinical medical students. Methods A total of 80 medical students who practiced in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January to June 2020 from Chongqing Medical University were randomly selected as the research objects, and each group of 40 students according to the course pattern, the students of control group(CG) who accepted the traditional model, the students of experimental group(EG) who accepted the professional knowledge lecture training and role-playing. The teaching effect was comprehensively evaluated through questionnaire survey, achievements in theoretical and practical knowledge and professional English proportion. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge, skill operation, course satisfaction and clinical help in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in professional English scores between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The professional knowledge lecture training and role-playing can not only improve professional knowledge achievements and practical ability of medical students, but also promote the course satisfaction. Thus, it has a great application foreground.
