摘　　要：伴随着当前国家“一带一路”政策的不断推进,来华进行进一步学习的留学生也逐渐增加。同时,留学生来华后对于教学质量方面的地位显得尤为突出。医学是一门理论与实践经验并行的学科,故在医学课程的学习过程当中,不仅仅有理论知识的学习,学生的临床实习也同样是医学教育的重要组成部分。随着现代医疗的不断发展,临床实习的作用也不断被加强,临床实习本身也不断被更多医学高校所重视。但现阶段,由于语言、文化等诸多因素,目前的留学生教育仍存在诸多问题和困难。因此,文章介绍了目前医学留学生临床实习教学的现状,分析并且总结了既往的经验和其中存在的问题,提出了针对存在问题相应的解决对策。旨在解决留学生实习教学中存在的问题并为选择合理的教学模式提供经验借鉴,同时完善医学专业留学生临床实习的理论基础,以提高医学留学生临床实习教学效果,培养理论知识与临床实践并重的高水平人才。With the continuous promotion one country’s "one belt, one road" policy, overseas students who are studying in China have gradually increased. At the same time, the teaching quality of foreign students in China is particularly important. Medicine is a subject of theory and practical experience, so in the learning process of medical courses, not only the learning of theoretical knowledge, but also the clinical practice of students is an important part of medical education. With the continuous development of modern medicine, the role of clinical practice has been strengthened, and clinical practice itself has been paid more and more attention by medical colleges and universities. But at this stage,due to many factors such as language and culture,there are still many problems and difficulties in the current education of international students. Therefore,this paper introduces the current situation of clinical practice teaching for international medical students,analyzes and summarizes the past experience and the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems existing in the clinical practice teaching of international students,provide experience for the selection of reasonable teaching mode, and improve the theoretical basis of clinical practice of international students majoring in medicine, so as to improve the teaching effect of clinical practice of international students majoring in medicine, and cultivate high-level talents with both theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.
