摘　　要：本文在介绍了吉林省国外科技智力引进现状的基础上,通过对吉林省国外科技智力的供需数量、人员结构、重点领域和政策需求等四方面的详细分析,提出了吉林省引进国外科技智力的政策建议。On the basis of introducing the current situation of the introduction of foreign science and technology intelligence in Jilin Province,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for Jilin Province to introduce foreign science and technology intelligence through a detailed analysis of the supply and demand quantity,personnel structure,key areas and policy needs of foreign science and technology intelligence in Jilin Province.
