本土红色资源融入理工科院系文化育人路径研究——以盐城师范学院物理与电子工程学院为例

摘  要:以文化人,以文育人,高校发挥文化育人功能责无旁贷。针对理工科学生在政治素养、思维方式、专业素质、学习技巧以及心理调节机制等方面的素质特征,理工科院系文化育人工作在主体认同、理念深入以及践行实效等三个维度面临现实困境,该文以盐城师范学院物理与电子工程学院为例,揭示本土红色资源融入理工科院系文化育人的必要性,提出夯实高校红色文化育人实效的实现理路:整合本土红色资源,坚持把立德树人作为根本任务;突出红色资源政治价值,坚持党的全面领导;传承红色革命精神,健全学生组织、学生干部队伍建设;用好用活红色资源,结合新媒体工具;激活红色基因,坚持改革创新。It is duty bound for colleges and universities to play the role of educating people through culture.In view of the quality characteristics of science and engineering students in terms of political literacy,mode of thinking,professional quality,learning skills,and psychological adjustment mechanism,the cultural education work of science and engineering departments faces practical difficulties in three dimensions,namely,subject identification,in-depth concept,and practical effectiveness.Taking School of Physics and Electronic Engineering of Yancheng Teachers University as an example,the article reveals the necessity of integrating local red resources into the cultural education of science and engineering departments,puts forward the way to realize the actual effect of strengthening the red culture education in colleges and universities:integrate the local red resources,adhere to the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people;highlight the political value of red resources and adhere to the overall leadership of the Party;inherit the spirit of the red revolution,improve the construction of student organizations and student cadres;make good use of active red resources and combine new media tools;activate the red gene and adhere to reform and innovation.
