网络道德建设的反思与重构

摘　　要：网络技术风险规避、网络空间意识形态性、网络空间安全的维护都离不开网络道德建设的支持。网络空间存在技术异化遮蔽个体道德意识、主体理性缺失引发道德失范行为、公共特性危机瓦解道德个体信任等风险。重构网络道德建设路径,必须以主流价值为导向,全面贯彻技术向善理念;以道德至善为引领,深入推进主体理性教育;以健全的法律为保障,切实维护网络公共秩序。The risk aversion of network technology, the ideology of cyberspace, and the maintenance of cyberspace security all reflect the urgent need to strengthen the construction of network ethics. Examining the actual state of network moral construction, there are such practical problems as the dilemma of technology alienation obscuring individual moral consciousness, the lack of subjective rationality leading to moral anomie behavior, and the crisis of public characteristics disintegrating moral individual trust. To reconstruct the path of network moral construction, we must take the mainstream value as the guidance and fully implement the concept of "technology for good";Guided by the mainstream morality, we should further promote the education of subjective rationality;Safeguard the network public order by means of the rule of law.
