摘　　要：道德意味着行为意义的增长。道德资本是人参与社会过程中的价值再现,是一种特殊的人力资本、文化资本、社会资本。好习惯是不断累积起来的道德资本,这笔“财富”利己、利他、利社会。立德树人在学前教育阶段的重要要义就是培育儿童好习惯。幼小衔接、终身教育的关键点是如何培养好儿童的习惯品性。建议通过转变观念、个体强化、生活渗透、环境浸润和游戏、多方联动和衔接等策略,培育儿童好习惯品性。Moral capital is the reproduction of value in the process of human participation in society.It is a special kind of human capital,cultural capital and social capital.Good habits are the moral capital accumulated continuously.This“wealth”is self-interest,altruistic and beneficial to the society.The important meaning of establishing morality and cultivating people in the stage of preschool education is to cultivate children’s good habits.The key to the connection between kindergarten and primary school and lifelong education is how to cultivate children’s good habits and character,or let alone the quality of preschool education.It is suggested to cultivate children’s good habits through changing ideas,individual strengthening,life infiltration,environmental infiltration and paly,multi-party linkage and connection.
