高职新能源汽车专业“1+X”课证深度融通研究

摘　　要：新能源汽车行业现有三个“X”职业技能等级证书,由于考核站点建设要求,高职新能源汽车专业在落实“1+X”证书制度试点过程中,出现人才培养局限于申报的技能等级证书模块、课证融通局限于申报证书对应的专业课程情况。专业带头人和授课教师通过明确专业课程对应的证书模块、课程内容对应的实训项目,将教学任务与实训项目、教学过程与考核流程、任务评价与考核指标相融合,能有效促进专业课程的课证融通全覆盖。Currently there are three“X”vocational skill grade certificates in the new energy vehicle industry.Due to the construction requirements of the assessment site,in the pilot process of implementing the“1+X”certificate system,talent development is limited to the declared skill grade certificates,and the course certificate integration is limited to the professional course corresponding to the application certificate.Professional leaders and teachers can effectively promote the full coverage of courses and certifications for new energy vehicle professional courses by clarifying the certificate modules corresponding to professional courses and the practical training projects corresponding to the course content,integrating the teaching tasks with the practical training projects,teaching process,assessment process,task evaluation and assessment indicators.
