摘  要:目的探究未服药注意缺陷/多动障碍(attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童个体形态学脑网络的拓扑属性差异及与其临床症状的相关性。方法纳入41例6~13岁未服药ADHD患儿及40名年龄、性别相匹配的典型发育(typically developing,TD)儿童,采用注意力划消测试评定ADHD患儿的注意力缺陷程度。基于高分辨T1加权图像构建个体形态学脑网络,采用图论方法分析脑网络拓扑属性,并采用偏相关探究网络特征与注意力缺陷症状的关系。结果与TD组比较,ADHD组脑灰质网络全局效率降低,特征路径长度增加(P<0.05)。在节点属性上,ADHD组的节点局部效率和节点中心度在左侧梭状回和右侧颞横回均较TD组降低(P<0.05,FDR校正)。ADHD组左侧梭状回的节点局部效率与注意力划消测试总分呈正相关(r=0.106,P=0.038,FDR校正)。结论ADHD的个体灰质脑网络表现为较低全局效率和较长的特征路径长度,提示该网络拓扑特征转变为“较弱的小世界”模式。ADHD异常的节点连接主要集中在执行控制、基底节和默认网络区域,与注意力缺陷相关。Objectives To explore the differences in topological properties of individual-based Morphological Brain Networks(MBNs)in children with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)and their correlation with clinical symptoms.Methods Forty-one children aged 6~13 years with ADHD and 40 age-and sex-matched typically developing(TD)controls were enrolled.The attentional deficit of ADHD was evaluated by using cancellation test.Individual morphological brain network was constructed based on high resolution T1weighted images.The topological organization of the brain network was analyzed by graph theory,and the relationship between the nodal profiles and the symptoms of attention deficit was explored by partial correlation.Results Children with ADHD showed a decreased global efficiency(Eglob)and increased characteristic path length(Lp)compared to the HC group(P<0.05).With regard to nodal profiles,nodal profiles were significantly decreased in the left fusiform gyrus and right Heschl gyrus(P<0.05,FDR corrected).Moreover,nodal efficiency of the left fusiform in ADHD was negatively correlated with the total score of attention cancellation test(r=0.106,P=0.038,FDR corrected).Conclusion The MBNs in ADHD exhibit lower global efficiency and longer characteristic path length,indicating a shift to a"weaker small-worldness"pattern.Abnormal nodal profiles were mainly in the executive and control,basal ganglia and default-mode networks,which are related to attention deficit.
