摘  要:卫生化学实验具有较强的交叉性和系统性,在预防医学专业型人才培养中占有重要地位。但传统的卫生化学实验内容编排松散、缺乏系统性,很少用到符合时代特色的新技术、新仪器,严重影响了实验教学的质量和培养目标的达成。基于课前对学生学习痛点、短板和需求的调查,团队教师在卫生化学实验的教学改革与实践中,整合设计了基于系统思维的基础+综合实验模块,采用了将实验课教学从课前延伸至课后的“三步走”教学方式以及自评、互评与教师点评相结合的多维度评价模式。经课后调查发现,学生对改革效果总体满意,认为课程难度适宜、内容趣味性强、利于加深对基本理论和实验方法的理解,初步达成了提高动手能力和系统思维的培养目标。文章对卫生化学实验改革的举措及效果进行探讨,以期为同类型课程提供参考。Sanitary chemistry experiments, an interdisciplinary and systematic course, is important in preventive medicine education. However, traditional sanitary chemistry experiments are loosely arranged and lack of systematicness, and new techniques and instruments are seldom used, thus affecting the teaching quality and hindering the attainment of training objectives. Based on a needs analysis of students, the teaching team designed an experimental module of “foundation + comprehensiveness” based on system thinking, adopted a “three-step” teaching method, which extends teaching from “before class” to “after class”, and used a multi-dimensional evaluation mode, combining self-evaluation, peer evaluation, and teachers’ comment. The investigation carried out afterwards showed that students were satisfied with the course due to its moderate difficulty and interesting contents, which facilitates the understanding of basic theories and experimental methods, and preliminary training goals of improving practical ability and system thinking were achieved. This paper discusses the measures and effects of the teaching reform in sanitary chemistry experiments, providing reference for similar courses.
