复合抗氧化剂对小鼠肝脏抗氧化效果及免疫指数的影响

摘  要:通过测定试验小鼠肝脏组织中T-SOD活性、GSH-Px活性、MDA含量以及胸腺指数和脾脏指数,探讨由番茄红素、二氢吡啶和酵母葡聚糖组成的复合抗氧化剂对小鼠的抗氧化和免疫效果。结果显示,复合抗氧化剂可提高小鼠肝脏组织抗氧化能力,小鼠肝脏组织T-SOD活性达23.033 U/mgprot,比对照组提高16.89%;GSH-Px活性达107.303U/mgprot,比对照组提高27.34%;MDA含量为9.06nmol/mgprot,比对照组降低了18.87%。复合抗氧化剂还可提高试验小鼠免疫功能,使小鼠脾脏指数显著提高,脾脏指数与对照组相比提高38.89%。研究结果说明复合抗氧化剂可显著提高小鼠肝脏组织抗氧化能力,提高小鼠的免疫能力。In this study,the antioxidant and immune effects of compound antioxidants composed of lycopene,yeast glucan,diludine on mice were investigated by measuring T-SOD activity,GSH-Px activity,MDA content,thymus index and spleen index in liver tissue of experimental mice.The results showed that compound antioxidants could significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of mouse liver tissue.The activity of T-SOD in liver tissue was 23.033 U/mgprot,which was 16.89%higher than that of control group.The activity of GSH-Px was 107.303 U/mgprot,which was 27.34%higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the MDA content was 9.06 nmol/mgprot,which decreased by 18.87%,reaching a significant level.The compound antioxidant could also improve the immune function of mice,and significantly increase the spleen index of mice,and the spleen index of mice was increased by 38.89%compared with the control group.These results indicated that compound antioxidants could significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of mouse liver tissue and improve the immune ability of mice.
