摘  要:目的 初步调查与分析我校临床教师参加教学工作的意愿。方法 采取网上问卷调查方法,对我校10所附属医院的830名教师进行调查,调查内容包括是否愿意参加教学工作及其原因。结果 75.1%临床教师愿意参加教学工作,毕业于不同类型院校、从事临床工作时间不同的教师愿意参加教学工作的比例不同(χ^(2)=69.428、65.340,P<0.05)。不同职称、不同年龄和不同科室教师愿意参加教学工作的某些原因差异有显著性(χ^(2)=7.813~152.638,P<0.05),正高级职称教师和41岁以上教师更愿意通过教学工作培养医学生和青年医生;而内科、儿科的教师愿意参加教学工作的主要原因则更多的是教学相长,有助于提高自己的临床知识和能力。不同职称、不同科室和不同年龄的临床教师不愿意参加教学工作的主要原因是临床和科研压力大、医学生学习动力不足、医学生学习纪律差、教学绩效少,而初级职称和≤30岁教师缺乏教学水平和能力也是主要原因,不同职称、不同年龄和不同科室教师不愿意参加教学工作的某些原因之间比较差异有显著性(χ^(2)=8.766~36.694,P<0.05)。结论 我校大多数临床教师愿意参加教学工作,积极为青年教师创设教学能力提升计划,可更好地发挥临床教师的医疗服务和培养未来医生的双重作用。Objective To investigate and analyze the willingness of clinical teachers to participate in teaching in our university. Methods An online questionnaire survey was conducted among 830 teachers in 10 affiliated hospitals of our university, including whether they were willing to participate in teaching and related reasons. Results The results showed that 75.1% of the clinical teachers were willing to participate in teaching, and there was a significant difference in this proportion between the teachers who graduated from different types of colleges and universities and between the teachers with different years of working(χ^(2)=69.428,65.340;P<0.05). There were significant differences in the reasons for willingness to participate in teaching between the teachers with different professional titles, ages, and departments(χ^(2)=7.813-152.638,P<0.05), and the teachers with senior professional titles and those aged >41 years were more willing to train medical students and young doctors through teaching, while for the teachers of internal medicine and pediatrics, the main reason for willingness to participate in teaching was that teaching be-nefits teachers as well as students, which helps to improve their clinical knowledge and ability. For the clinical teachers with diffe-rent professional titles, ages, and departments, the main reasons for their unwillingness to participate in teaching included the high pressure of clinical and scientific research, the lack of learning motivation among medical students, poor learning discipline of medical students, and low teaching benefits, while a lack of teaching abilities was also a main reason for the teachers with junior professional titles and those aged ≤30 years, and there were significant differences in the reasons for unwillingness to participate in tea-ching between the teachers with different professional titles, ages, and departments(χ^(2)=8.766-36.694,P<0.05).
