摘 要:目的探讨PBL结合思维导图在非眼科专业医师眼科规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院眼科住院医师规范化培训的全科医学专业医师48名,随机数字法分为对照组和实验组各24名,对照组运用传统教学法,实验组采用PBL与思维导图结合教学法,比较2种教学方法的效果。结果实验组客观题得分、临床操作考核得分高于对照组(82.23±1.40 vs 80.93±2.04,25.23±1.24 vs 24.06±1.04),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总体满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合思维导图教学应用于非眼科专业医师眼科规范化培训教学中可提升规培医师的专业理论知识和临床操作技能,显著提高学习效率、主动学习能力和临床思维等综合素质,教学效果良好。Objective To explore the application value of PBL combined with mind mapping in the standardized training of non-ophthalmic residents.Methods A total of 48 general practitioners who participated in the standardized training of residents in the Department of Ophthalmology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were divided into 24 students in the control group and 24 students in the experimental group in accordance with the random number table.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group and PBL combined with mind mapping teaching method was used in the experimental group.The effects of the two teaching methods were compared.Results The scores of objective questions and clinical skills in the experimental group were(82.23±1.40)and(25.23±1.24),respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(80.93±2.04)and(24.06±1.04),(P<0.05).The scores of patients’satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching combined with mind mapping has improved the professional theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills of non ophthalmologists in the standardized training of ophthalmology,significantly improved their learning efficiency,active learning ability and clinical thinking,and achieved good teaching results.
