课程思政在食品理化检验技术实训教学中的探索与实践

摘　　要：立德树人是检验高校一切工作的根本标准。专业课程融入思政元素是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。《食品理化检验技术》是专门研究各类食品组成成分的检测方法及有关理论,评定食品品质的一门技术性和应用性学科,是高职食品检测检验技术专业的核心课程。本文以《食品理化检验技术》实训课为例,分析了实训课实施课程思政的可行性,并对如何根据课程教学内容深入挖掘和提炼思政元素,并有效贯穿于整个教学过程中进行了探索与实践。“Cultivate virtue and cultivate people”is the fundamental standard to examine all the work in high deducation.Integrating ideological and political elements into professional courses is an important measure to fulfill the fundamental task of“Cultivate virtue and cultivate people”.Food Physical and Chemical Inspection Technology is a technical and applied subject that specialized in studying the detection methods and related theories of various food components and evaluating food quality.It is the core course of Food Inspection Technology major in higher vocational colleges.Taking the training course of Food Physical and Chemical Inspection Technology as an example,the feasibility of implementing the ideological and political elements in the training course were analyzed,and how to deeply excavate and refine the ideological and political elements were explored and practiced according to the course teaching content of the course,and effectively run through the whole teaching process.
