摘 要:优秀传统文化是铸魂育人的源泉。国家颁布了一系列政策文件,要求将其全面融入中小学课程。教师作为文化育人的践行者,其文化信念是“课程意图的过滤器、解释器和转换器”。教师文化信念的产生既遵循因果规律的科学逻辑,又具有自发性和感受性。基于教师关于优秀传统文化信念的属性及具体运行机制进行分析,当下师范生的文化信念生成需要建设“信息源”,发展并完善师范教育课程中优秀传统文化课程体系;需要关照师范生的“执行意愿”,呵护其文化信念的感受性;需要发展“执行力”,培养师范生的文化教学能力。Excellent traditional culture is the source of soul casting and education.The state has issued a series of policy documents,requiring them to be fully integrated into the curriculum of primary and secondary schools.As a practitioner of cultural education,teachers'cultural beliefs are“filters,interpreters and converters of curriculum intentions”.The generation of teachers'cultural beliefs not only follows the scientific logic of the law of cause and effect,but also has spontaneity and sensibility.Based on the analysis of the attribute and spe⁃cific operation mechanism of teachers'beliefs about excellent traditional culture,the current generation of teach⁃ers'cultural beliefs needs to build“information sources”,develop and improve the curriculum system of excel⁃lent traditional culture in teachers'education curriculum.It is necessary to take care of the normal students'“will to implement”and their perception of cultural beliefs.It is necessary to develop“executive power”and cultivate the cultural teaching ability of normal students.
