摘　　要：新时代背景下,高校要以劳动教育为抓手,深入开展大学生就业工作,引导大学生树立科学的就业观念,培养就业认知、适应、实践和创造能力,养成完善的人格和健康的心理,从而提升就业指导工作实效。In order to increase the effectiveness of employment guidance work, colleges and universities are supposed to carry out the employment work through labor education, to guide college students to form a scientific employment outlook, to develop their employment cognition and their adaptability, practical ability and creativity, and to help them to have a perfect personality and healthy psychology.
