摘 要:随着城市轨道交通的不断发展,车致环境振动以及车辆与轨道结构部件的损伤问题日益突出。为提高减振轨道的稳定性与减振性能、减缓结构损伤,提出一种应用于梯形减振轨道的抑振调频装置。基于多体动力学与有限元理论,建立考虑抑振调频装置的梯形减振轨道有限元模型和车辆-梯形减振轨道耦合动力学模型。研究抑振调频装置安装方式对梯形减振轨道固有振动特性,以及列车通过时,其对梯形轨枕和轨道基础动力学响应的影响。研究结果表明:1)安装p=3对及以上的抑振调频装置能使梯形轨枕的速度导纳峰值明显降低,并且会引起峰值对应振动频率的偏移,对梯形轨枕一阶弯曲振动的影响最为显著,其中固有频率由49.94 Hz增大至55.16 Hz,轨枕主频对应的速度导纳峰值减少了16.75%;而对竖向平动、2阶、3阶竖向弯曲振动的影响较小。2)列车载荷作用下,该装置对梯形轨枕自身的振动具有明显的抑制作用,同时轨道基础的振动明显降低,其中梯形轨枕振动加速度插入损失可达5.6 dB,轨道基础振动加速度插入损失可达4.68 dB。说明安装抑振调频装置不仅可以调节梯形轨枕自身振动频率,而且对梯形减振轨道的稳定性与减振性能均有显著提升作用。With the continuous development of urban rail transit, both the environmental vibration induced by the train operation, and the damage of vehicle and track structure components, are becoming increasingly prominent.To improve the stability and vibration reduction performance of ladder sleeper track system, and to mitigate the structure damage, a vibration suppression and frequency modulation device(VSFMD) with application to the ladder sleeper track was developed in this work. The finite element model of ladder sleeper damping track with the VSFMD and the vehicle-ladder sleeper damping track coupled dynamics model were established based on the multi-body dynamics theory and finite element method. The influence of the installation methods of the VSFMD on the natural vibration characteristics of ladder sleeper damping track was investigated, and its effect on the dynamic response of ladder sleeper and track bed when the train passed was also evaluated. The results show that:(1) Installation of p=3 or more pairs of VSFMD could reduce the peak value of velocity admittance of ladder sleeper significantly and shift the corresponding vibration frequency. It is the most effective to the 1st-order bending vibration of the ladder sleeper, leading the intrinsic frequency increased from 49.94 Hz to 55.16 Hz. The velocity admittance peak value of sleeper corresponding to its main frequency is reduced by 16.75%. However, it has little effect on the vertical translation, and the second and the third order vertical bending vibration of the sleeper.(2) The insertion loss of the vibration acceleration of the ladder sleeper and track bed can reach 5.6 dB and 4.68 dB, respectively, showing that the installation of VSFMD can effectively restrain the vibration of the ladder sleeper itself and the track bed when subjected to train loads. Therefore, the VSFMDs are not only able to adjust the vibration frequency of the ladder sleeper itself, but also able to significantly improve the stability and vibration damping performance of the ladd
