摘　　要：“健康中国”时代背景下,残障学生作为社会弱势群体,其体质健康受到广泛关注。本文采用体质测试法、实地考察法等多种科学研究方法,通过对湘西州残障学生体质健康现状进行调查,了解残障学生体质健康的促进困境,并结合发展需要提出相应的促进策略,进而提升湘西州残障学生的体质健康水平,以期能为今后有关残障学生体质健康服务提供有力参考。Under the background of the era of “Healthy China”, the physical health of disabled students, as a social vulnerable group, has been widely concerned. This paper adopts a variety of scientific research methods, such as physical testing method and field investigation method, to investigate the physical health status of disabled students in Xiangxi Prefecture, understand the difficulties of promoting the physical health of disabled students, and put forward corresponding promotion strategies in combination with the development needs, so as to improve the physical health level of disabled students in Xiangxi Prefecture, with a view to providing a strong reference for the physical health services of disabled students in the future.
