摘  要:继续教育是构建学习型社会的中坚力量,推进继续教育相关学科体系建设是教育发展的必然趋势。近年来,艺术类院校和研究机构不断推进艺术学科体系建设,并取得了实质性成效,但在继续教育中如何解决艺术课程教学管理问题是一大难点。分析了开放大学艺术课程教学管理现状和问题,围绕教育教学理念是否做到了与时俱进,教学内容选择是否切合实际,课程设置是否科学合理、符合学生需求,师资队伍建设是否坚实有力,学校艺术品牌建设是否形成影响力等方面进行探究,提出了新文科背景下深化艺术课程教学融入继续教育改革的新措施,着力提高继续教育艺术课程教学质量。Continuing education is the backbone of building a lifelong learning society.As such,it is inevitable trend of educational development to promote relevant discipline in continuing education.In recent years,art universities and research institutions have been promoting art discipline,and gained substantial results.However,it is still difficult to solve the problems of educational management.In this article,we first analyze the status quo and problems of the current educational management of art courses.Then,we study whether the educational concept advances with time,whether the content of instruction is practical,whether the curriculum is scientific and meets the needs of the students,whether the teaching staff is professional and proficient,and whether the branding of art courses has made its impact on society.Finally,we propose some new measures to deepen the educational reform of art courses and strive to improve the educational quality of arts courses in continuing education against the background of new liberal arts.
