摘 要:膳食因素、营养状况与老年人认知障碍的发生密切相关,膳食中的脂类、碳水化合物等营养成分过量摄入与认知障碍发生具有一定相关性,但膳食中的某些微量元素对认知障碍则具有预防作用。本文通过对膳食因素、营养状况与老年人认知障碍的相关性及具体作用机制进行文献综述,以期为改变认知障碍老年人生活方式以改善其生活质量提供一定理论依据。Dietary factors and nutritional status are closely related to the occurrence of cognitive impairment in the elderly.Excessive intake of nutrients such as lipids and carbohydrates in the diet is related to the occurrence of cognitive impairment.However,certain trace elements in the diet have a preventive effect on cognitive impairment.Based on the correlation analysis of dietary factors,nutritional status and cognitive impairment in the elderly,this paper expounds the relationship between cognitive impairment and its specific mechanism of action,in order to change the lifestyle of the elderly with cognitive impairment to improve their quality of life,and to provide a certain theoretical basis for the construction of dietary habits in line with national life.
