摘  要:围绕观点的互动是协作知识建构的核心,互动中对同伴信息的感知不足问题会影响协作学习效果,群体感知也因此成为近年来协作知识建构领域的热点话题。采用基于设计的研究,构建促进互动的群体感知信息设计框架。在华东地区某高校面向大三学生开展实证,经过三轮“设计—实施—反思”的迭代,最终得到了群体感知信息设计的七个要素(信息内容、收集手段、加工方式、整合媒介、更新频率、呈现方式、呈现时机)、三条设计原则(不断促进学习共同体形成“共有的知识”、不给学习者增加过度的认知负荷、维系学习者清晰的认知与社会责任)及与这些原则匹配的四条设计策略。研究基于内容分析、社会网络分析方法,探讨了群体感知信息对互动在互动类型、交互结构、话语讨论范围、认知复杂性、互动结果(知识制品)五个维度上的影响。研究成果能够为协作学习中群体感知信息的机制机理分析、环境工具设计提供框架性支撑。Interaction around viewpoints is the core of collaborative knowledge construction.The insufficient perception of peer information in interaction will affect the effectiveness of collaborative learning.Therefore,group awareness has become a hot topic in the field of collaborative knowledge construction in recent years.The study employs design-based research to construct a group awareness information design framework that facilitates interaction.An empirical study was carried out for junior students in a university in East China.After three iterations of“design-implementation-reflection”,seven elements of group awareness information design(information content,collection means,processing mode,integrated media,update frequency,presentation model,presentation timing),three design principles(constantly promoting the formation of"common knowledge"in the learning community,not overloading learners with cognitive load,maintaining learners'clear cognition and social responsibility)and four design strategies that match these principles are finally obtained.Based on content analysis and social network analysis,this paper explores the influence of group awareness information on interaction in five dimensions:interaction type,interaction structure,discourse discussion scope,cognitive complexity,and interaction result(knowledge artifact).The research results can provide a framework for the mechanism analysis of group awareness information and the design of environmental tools in collaborative learning.
