摘 要:目的:探讨“典型病例导入法”联合以问题为中心教学法(PBL)在神经病学见习教学活动中的应用效果。方法:在神经病学见习教学活动中,应用典型病例导入法联合PB2对学生授课,并对学生成绩进行评估调查。结果:与传统教学法比较,应用“典型病例导入法”联合PBL教学的学生成绩有显著性提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:“典型病例导入法”联合PBL教学对提高教学质量和效率具有重要的意义,值得逐步推广应用。Objective: To explore the application effect of "typical case introduction method" combined with problem-based learning teaching method(PBL) in neurology trainee teaching activities. Methods: In the neurology probation teaching activities, the typical case introduction method combined with PBI was used to teach the students, and the students’ scores were evaluated and investigated. Results:Compared with the traditional teaching method, the results of students who applied "typical case introduction method" combined with PBL teaching were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion: The combination of "typical case introduction method" and PBL teaching is of great significance to improve the teaching quality and efficiency, and it is worthy of gradual promotion and application.
