摘  要:采用精密力传感器和光栅长度计研制了用于电磁制动器的电磁力测试平台。测试平台由导向机构、力传感器、高度计、联接接口等部分组成。电磁制动器的电磁力和气隙通过直接测量方法得到;导向机构可以有效地保证制动器气隙的均匀性;通过可拆卸的联接接口可以实现不同型号制动器电磁力的测量。最后,采用该电磁力测试平台对某型号电磁制动器的电磁力进行了测试,测试结果表明该制动器设计满足要求。Precision force sensor and grating length meter were used to develop the electromagnetic force test platform for electromagnetic brake. The test platform consists of guiding mechanism, force sensor, altimeter, connection interface and other parts. The electromagnetic force and the air gap of the electromagnetic brake were measured directly. The air gap uniformity of the brake was ensured effectively by the guiding mechanism. Through the detachable connection interface, the electromagnetic force of different types of brakes can be measured. Finally, the electromagnetic force test platform was used to test the electromagnetic force of a certain type of electromagnetic brake, and the test results show that the brake design meets the requirements.
