摘　　要：随着全球新冠疫情的反复,大学生就业问题成为了时下社会民生的热门话题和政府急需解决的焦点,而创新创业教育无疑为中国高等院校学生就业开拓了另一条道路,它既直接影响着中国高等教育的可持续发展,以及当前企业人力资本的配置问题。以创业带动就业的背景下高校双创人才培养中所面临的诸多问题为切入口,深入分析了不同培养方式的问题根源,并从人才培养方式、校企合作方式、双创实践保障体系等角度,为发展双创人才的培养提供了策略,大学生创新创业思维能力培养。With the outbreak of a new global champions repeatedly,university students'employment problem has become a hot topic nowadays social livelihood of the people's and the focus of the government urgently needs to solve,and innovative entrepreneurship education for chinese college students employment undoubtedly opened another road,it directly affects the sustainable development of china's higher education,and the current enterprise human capital allocation problem.In this chapter the author creation and encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities under the background of the double gen faces many problems in personnel training for the introduction,the thorough analysis the root of the problem of different cultivation way,and the way of talent training,the combining ways between colleges,double security system and practice,such as angle,provides strategies for development of double gen talent cultivation,the college students creative thinking ability training.
