摘　　要：湘西民族地区长期以来在经济发展、文化教育等方面比较落后。本文围绕为谁培养人才、培养什么样的人才、怎么培养人才的问题,分析了乡村振兴背景下农村职业教育的发展意义、现状等,提出了湘西民族地区农村职业教育发展策略,以期为湘西民族地区农村职业教育现代化发展提供参考,助力民族地区经济和社会的发展。This paper analyzes the development significance of rural vocational education in the context of rural revitalization,and the opportunities and challenges brought by the rural revitalization strategy for the development of rural vocational education,focusing on the questions of who to train talents for,what kind of talents to train,and how to train talents.The development strategy of rural vocational education in the context of rural revitalization is studied in depth from the perspective of enhancing the image of rural vocational education,stimulating the internal drive of teachers'professional development,and optimizing the supply side of rural vocational education.
