摘 要:目的探讨虚拟手术外科软件结合移动查房系统在口腔颌面外科本科生教学查房中的应用效果。方法以上海交通大学口腔医学院30名本科学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各15人。试验组采用虚拟手术外科软件Proplan结合移动医疗查房系统进行教学查房,对照组采用传统教学查房;两组教学病种包括颌面部骨折、牙颌面畸形、颌骨良性肿瘤。教学结束后对两组学生进行相应考核及问卷调查,比较两组的教学效果。结果两组学生的理论考核成绩无显著差异,但试验组学生在综合能力考核及认可度调查中均优于对照组。结论虚拟手术外科软件结合移动查房系统在口腔颌面外科本科生教学查房中能有效提高学生对相关专业知识的学习效果,提高学生的认可度和学习兴趣,有一定的应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of virtual surgical software combined with wireless mobile computing workstation in undergraduates’ ward-round teaching of oral and maxillo-facial surgery. Methods 30 undergraduates from College of Stomatology of Shanghai Jiao Tong University were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 15 students in each. Virtual surgical software Proplan combined with wireless mobile computing workstation was used in the ward-round teaching of the experimental group, while traditional ward-round teaching was adopted in the control group. In terms of the diseases in the teaching of the two groups, maxillofacial fractures, dento-maxillofacial deformities and benign tumors of the jaws were included. After the teaching, exams and questionnaire survey were given to the students of the two groups, and the teaching effects were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical exams of the two groups, but students in the experimental group obtained better results in the comprehensive ability exam and recognition survey. Conclusion Applying virtual surgical software combined with wireless mobile computing workstation in undergraduates’ ward-round teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery can effectively improve students’ learning effects of related professional knowledge, and promote their recognition and learning interest. It has certain application value.
