摘 要:培养创新型的青年教师是国家强化师资队伍建设的重中之重。然而,青年教师通常教学创新理念不强、经验较少且缺乏平台。基于“传帮带”机制,可以帮助青年教师快速提升其师德师风、理论素养、教案编写、教学技能与科研实践等方面的能力。文章以“病理检验技术”授课为例,阐述了如何在“传帮带”机制下对青年教师进行创新培养,具体包括:加强认识,提升创新教学理念;整合资源,保证创新培养质量;因材施教,助力找准创新方向;逆向思考,锤炼创新教学设计;导师轮转,丰富创新教学方法;问题导向,鼓励创新教学模式;正向激励,践行使命勇于担当。The cultivation of innovative young teachers is the top priority of strengthening the construction of teachers. However, young teachers usually lack strong innovative teaching concept, experience and platform. The mechanism of “Teaching-Helping-Guiding” plays an important role in helping young teachers to rapidly improve their teaching ethics, theoretical knowledge, lesson plan writing, teaching skills and research practice. This paper takes the teaching of “Pathological Examination Techniques” as an example, explains how to cultivate young teachers’ innovative ability under the mechanism of “Teaching-Helping-Guiding” mechanism, including strengthening aware-ness and enhancing innovative teaching concept, integrating resources and ensuring innovative training quality, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and helping to find innovative direction, thinking in the opposite direction and refining innovative teaching design, rotating mentors and enriching innovative teaching methods, being oriented by problems and encouraging innovative teaching mode, as well as motivating positively and inspiring teachers to take up the responsi-bility.
