“双一流”背景下我国大学学科建设模式的改革

摘　　要：知识取向和组织取向是学科建设的两种模式。伴随学科内外部制度环境的变革,现代大学学科建设呈现从知识取向到组织取向的演变趋势。在“双一流”背景下,我国大学学科建设呈现出在知识取向和组织取向之间的复杂样态,具体表现为“学科驱动”的运动式建设、“科研导向”的功利化竞争、“泛行政化”的院系治理体系和“趋向封闭”的学科建设场域。为更好地顺应知识演化趋势,服务国家高等教育现代化发展战略需求,我国大学学科建设需通过顶层设计和基层探索的有效统一,逐步转向组织取向的模式。其关键在于转变大学学科理念、重塑大学学科制度、优化学科建设评价机制、改革院系治理结构和创新基层学科组织模式。Knowledge orientation and organizational orientation are two models of discipline construction. With the changes in the internal and external institutional environment of the academic discipline, the modern university discipline construction model shows a trend of evolution from knowledge orientation to organizational orientation. Under the background of “Double First-Class”, the discipline construction model of Chinese University presents the complexity between knowledge orientation and organization orientation, which is specifically manifested as follows: the “discipline-driven” campaign-style construction, the “research-oriented” utilitarian competition, the “pan-administrative” departmental governance system and the tendency to close the discipline construction field. In order to better comply with the trend of knowledge evolution and serve the strategic needs of the modernization of higher education, the discipline construction in Chinese universities need to promote the transformation of the discipline construction model into organizational orientation through top-level design and the effective unity of grassroots exploration.The key is to change the concept of discipline, reshape the discipline system, optimize the discipline evaluation system, reform the departmental governance structure and innovate grass-roots discipline organization patterns.
