摘 要:目的 探究Sandwich教学法结合思维导图在内分泌科课间实习教学中的应用效果和可行性。方法 选取2021年3—6月在我院内分泌科课间实习的五年制临床医学专业学生270人为研究对象,随机分为Sandwich结合思维导图组(136人)和传统教学组(134人),分别进行Sandwich教学法结合思维导图教学和传统教学。实习结束后,以出科考试方式评估教学效果,并进行问卷调查。结果 Sandwich结合思维导图组出科考试成绩和教学满意度高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Sandwich教学法结合思维导图应用于内分泌科课间实习教学,能够提升教学质量,有助于培养学生的临床思维,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect and feasibility of Sandwich-teaching-method combined with mind mapping in the internship teaching of endocrinology.Methods 270 Five-year clinical medical students who practiced in the Endocrinology Department of our hospital from March to June in 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into Sandwich combined mind mapping group(136 persons) and traditional teaching group(134 persons).Sandwich-teaching-method combined mind mapping teaching and traditional-teaching-method were conducted respectively.At the end of the internship,the teaching effect was evaluated by means of final examination,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results The group taught by Sandwich combined with mind mapping got more scores in examinations and they were more satisfied than the group taught by traditional teaching,and the difference can meet statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Sandwich-teaching-method combined with mind mapping can improve the teaching quality and help to cultivate students′ clinical thinking,which is worth to popularizing.
