摘  要:目的探讨对分课堂教学模式在高等医学院校《神经病学》教学中的实践效果。方法选取2021年9月入学的牡丹江医学院第一临床医学院的40名临床医学专业医学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(20名)与对照组(20名),观察组采用分课堂教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。比较两组的理论知识、临床技能考核得分、教学总满意度。结果观察组的理论知识、临床技能考核得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学总满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于对照组的80.00%(16/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高等医学院校《神经病学》教学中,对分课堂教学模式,使学生能够主动参与案例问题的分析、解决过程,深入思考,掌握解决问题的方法,充分提高《神经病学》理论知识与临床能力,是一项值得参考应用的模式。Objective To explore the practical effect of PAD classroom teaching mode in Neurology teaching in medical colleges and universities.Methods Forty medical students majoring in clinical medicine enrolled in the First Clinical Medical College of Mudanjiang Medical University in September 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group(20 students)and control group(20 students)according to random number table method.The observation group adopted PAD classroom teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The theoretical knowledge,clinical skill test scores and total teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(20/20),higher than 80.00%(16/20)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of Neurology in medical colleges and universities,the PAD classroom teaching mode is worthy of reference and application,which enables students to actively participate in the analysis and solution process of case problems,think deeply,master the methods to solve problems,and fully improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical ability of neurology.
