摘  要:对公费定向体育师范生从教意愿影响因素关系进行探讨有助于提升培养质量,有效达成“下得去、留得住、教得好”的培养目标。采用公费定向体育师范生报考动机量表、教育质量满意度量表、从教意愿量表、乡土情怀量表对H省367名公费定向体育师范生进行测量,并构建结构方程模型。研究得出:公费定向体育师范生报考动机、教育质量、乡土情怀、从教意愿彼此间显著相关;教育质量和乡土情怀在公费定向体育师范生报考动机和从教意愿间起链式中介作用。公费定向体育师范生能通过教育质量和乡土情怀的链式中介作用间接影响从教意愿。To discuss the influencing factors of public-funded orienteering physical education teachers'willingness to teach,which is helpful to improve the training quality and effectively achieve the training goal of"getting down,staying and teaching well".367 public-funded orienteering normal students in H province were measured by using the motivation scale,education quality satisfaction scale,teaching willingness scale and local sentiment scale,and the structural equation model was constructed.Research show that:The motivation,education quality,local feelings and willingness to teach of the public-funded orienteering physical education normal students are significantly related to each other;The quality of education and local feelings play a chain intermediary role between the motivation of public-funded orienteering P.E.normal students and their willingness to teach.Publicfunded orienteering P.E.normal students can indirectly influence their willingness to teach through the chain mediation of education quality and local feelings.
