五育融合发展视角下青少年榜样教育的改革创新研究

摘  要:五育融发展已经成为当下各级各类学校各项教育的一个基本遵循,青少年榜样教育也不例外,两者具有诸多的内在逻辑,统一于青少年的教育与成长之中。以系统论为框架,以五育融合发展来审视,当下青少年榜样教育在教育理念、内容、主体、平台方式和保障督导方面均存在一些不足,与五育融合发展的要求还有很大一段距离。鉴于此,推动青少年榜样教育应对照五育融合发展的要求,积极推动教育理念、内容、主体、平台方式和保障督导等要素的改革创新,以此不断提升榜样教育的内在品质。更好助推青少年做时代新人。The development of"five educations and integration"has become a basic principle in all kinds of schools at all levels,and the youth model education is no exception.The two have many internal logic and are unified in the education and growth of teenagers.Taking the system theory as the framework and the integrated development of"five educations",we can see that there are some deficiencies in the current youth model education in terms of educational concept,content,subject,platform mode and guarantee supervision,which is still a long way from the requirements of the integrated development of"five educations".In view of this,to promote youth model education,we should actively promote the reform and innovation of education concept,content,main body,platform mode and guarantee supervision in accordance with the requirements of the integrated development of five education,so as to continuously improve the internal quality of model education.Better promote teenagers to be new people of the times.
