摘 要:针对高速履带车辆振动环境模拟试验中无法带履带进行振动测试,提出了基于曲柄移动导杆机构原理的高速履带车辆振动激励解耦装置,利用导杆将激振台面的垂直运动与负重轮的水平方向运动联系起来,采用圆柱面接触激振的方式避免激振台面与履带、负重轮之间的运动干涉。运用矢量分析法,根据高速履带车辆平衡肘的摆动解算出了负重轮竖直方向激励振动与水平方向联动方程;利用Hertz接触理论,建立了曲柄移动导杆机构各运动副的接触碰撞模型,分析了多运动副间隙对高速履带车辆振动激励解耦装置动力学特性的影响;完成了高速履带车辆振动激励解耦装置设计,并进行了动力学仿真与试验研究。研究结果表明,采用基于曲柄移动导杆机构的振动激励解耦装置,开展高速履带车辆带履带的振动环境模拟实验,可极大地促进高速履带车辆试验测试能力的提升。To address the difficulty that a track can’t be mounted in the vibration test in a simulated working environment for high-speed tracked vehicles, this paper proposes a vibration excitation decoupling device for high-speed tracked vehicles on the basis of crank-moving guide rod mechanism, in which a guide rod is used to link the vertical motion of the vibration platform with the horizontal motion of the roadwheel.Cylindrical contact excitation is used to avoid the motion interference between the table surface, the track and the roadwheel. Using vector analysis method, the equation about the relationship between the vertical and the horizontal excitation vibration of the roadwheel is deduced according to the swing of the balance elbow of the high-speed tracked vehicle. The contact collision model of each motion pair of the crank-moving guide rod mechanism is established by using Hertz’s contact theory, and the effect of the clearance of the multi-motion pairs on the dynamic characteristics of the decoupling device for vibration excitation of the high-speed tracked vehicle is analyzed. The structure of the decoupling device for vibration excitation of the high-speed tracked vehicle is designed, and dynamic simulation and experimental tests are carried out. The results show that the vibration excitation decoupling device based on crank-moving guide rod mechanism can be used to simulate the vibration environment for high-speed tracked vehicles, which can greatly promote the improvement of the test ability of the vehicles.
