摘　　要：扎根理论是质性研究中比较成熟的方法,可用于人文、社科、经济、医学等多领域的研究。作者以名老中医经验传承为例,提出扎根理论要点与原则,详细解析扎根理论获得理论的过程与步骤。文章推荐使用AnselmStrauss和JulietCorbin提出的程序化扎根理论方法,可以解决许多名老中医传承中的具体问题。作者详细解析了扎根理论的准备过程及不同形式资料收集与处理方法,提出基于观察、访谈、实物资料的三角互证关系,即对被研究者观其行、听其言、挖其理,以获得更为丰满的理论发现。扎根理论研究经历可以让研究者增加从情境中抽提概念、由一般归纳出规律、变事实为理论、由感性上升至理性的能力。鉴于当前将扎根理论方法应用于名老中医经验传承研究的范例稀缺,作者对扎根理论实施过程中的常见问题进行解析,以期为中医药领域开展更多的扎根理论提供参考。Grounded theory(GT)is a mature method in qualitative research,which can be used in humanities,social sciences,economics,medicine and other fields.Taking the inheritance of experience from illustrious senior TCM practitioners as an example,the authors put forward the main points and principles of GT,and analyze the process and steps of it in detail to obtain theory.This paper recommends the use of the procedural GT methods proposed by Anselm Strauss and Juliet Corbin to solve the specific problems in the inheritance of experience from illustrious senior TCM practitioners.The authors analyze the preparation process of GT and the methods of data collection as well as treatment in different forms.Then we establish the triangular mutual evidence relationship based on observation,interview and physical data,which means seeing actions,listening to words and mining ideas of the subjects in order to obtain more abundant theoretical findings.The experience of GT research allows researchers to increase the ability of drawing concepts from situations,generalize laws from ordianry,turn facts into theory,and sublime sensibility to rationality.Due to the deficient examples of applying GT on studying experience from illustrious senior TCM practitioners,the authors analyze the common problems in the process of GT implementation,with a view to provide reference for its application in the field of TCM.
