摘  要:投弃式海流流速剖面测量仪(XCP)是海水流速测量的重要手段之一,以实时、快速的特点被广泛应用于海洋调查及军事应用领域。针对XCP测量原理及特点,本文设计了一种模拟测量探头在海水中高速自旋转的信号采集测试系统。通过高速自旋结构设计、实时采集电路设计、显示存储软件设计,实现了XCP探头在水中高速旋转下的微弱海流感生电场信号的测量。经国家海洋局北海环境监测中心大型波浪流试验水槽测试证明,该测试系统可靠有效,具有电磁干扰小、旋转速度稳定、轴向偏移小等特点。其对于静态水流的影响水平方向上不超过0.022 cm/s,不超过XCP流速测量精度的1.4%,能够满足XCP室内测试需求,并可用于开展其他同类工作方式的传感器性能测试。The expendable current velocity profile measuring instrument(XCP)is one of the important means of sea water velocity measurement.It is widely used in marine survey and military field because of its real-time and rapid characteristics.According to the principle and characteristics of XCP measurement,this paper designs a signal acquisition and testing system which simulates the high speed self-rotation of the measurement probe in seawater.Through the design of high-speed spin structure,real-time acquisition circuit and display storage software,the measurement of weak current-induced electric field signal of XCP probe under high-speed rotation in water is realized.The test results of the large scale wave flow test flume in the North Sea Environmental Monitoring Center of soa show that the test system is reliable and effective,with low electromagnetic interference,stable rotation speed and small axial deviation.The influence on static water flow should not exceed 0.022 cm/s in horizontal direction,and should not exceed 1.4%of XCP velocity measurement accuracy.It can meet the requirements of XCP indoor testing,and can be used to carry out other similar working mode of sensor performance test.
